Privacy policy.

This page explains what data is processed when you visit me20.studio and when you contact us. The site is run by Olena Burdeina, me20 Studio, Warsaw, Poland — the data controller. Questions: hello@me20.studio.
Contacting us
The site has no contact form and no user accounts. If you email us, we use your email address and what you write only to reply and to discuss and carry out your project. We keep the correspondence as long as needed for that and for legal (e.g. accounting) obligations.
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Upwork, Telegram and Behance open those services; what you do there is covered by their own privacy policies.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted by Lovable and delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web server, they process technical data such as your IP address, browser and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) used only for bot protection.
Some images are served from Google Cloud Storage, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.
Analytics
We use the analytics built into Lovable to see which pages are visited: page address, referring site, approximate country, device and browser type and page-speed measurements, grouped by a visit (session) identifier. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or session recordings, and we do not sell or share this data for advertising.
Stored in your browser
The site remembers your language choice (English or Ukrainian) in your browser's local storage under the name me20-lang. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Social media publishing
We use the official Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and Telegram interfaces only to publish our own posts (articles from our News section) to our own accounts. These tools do not collect any data about visitors of this site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@me20.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
The legal basis for replying to your messages is our legitimate interest and steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR); for analytics and security it is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
