    Hook & script

    We start at the scroll-stopper: the first 1.5 seconds. Scripts are written for spoken cadence, with the value prop front-loaded and a clear CTA at the end.

  2. 02

    Presenter & voice

    Pick an AI presenter and voice that matches the brand — energetic creator, calm explainer, or expert host — and lock the look so it carries across the whole content series.

  3. 03

    Generation

    Talking-head and B-roll generated in parallel across HeyGen, Runway, Veo and ElevenLabs. Multiple takes per beat so the edit room has options.

  4. 04

    Edit & captions

    Cut for rhythm in Premiere or CapCut, with burned-in captions, zooms, sound design and platform-native end cards. Same source recut into 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9.

    Test, learn, scale
